Finding a job after college can be difficult, and you shouldn't expect to find the perfect job right away. Whether there even is such a thing as a perfect job is a matter of debate. But you can make choices about where you end up.

If you are motivated and have an idea of the career path you want to pursue, you'll probably find a job that you can enjoy and in which you can continue to learn and grow. Take some time and head in a general direction that fits your interests.

Start here:

Explore your skills and training.
Research occupations that fit your personality and abilities.
List the steps you need to take to accomplish your goals.

After you determine a goal and the steps you need to get to it, spend some time mapping out a plan to get you into the career you want.
