Homework

Complete homework assignments and improve your grades.

Why is homework important? For one thing, it helps you to understand concepts more thoroughly and gives you an opportunity to practice independently what was learned in class.

Homework assignments are also often a critical part of your grade. A "zero" on a homework paper can quickly damage your other efforts. Eliminate the potential of "zeroes" by completing all your homework assignments. Also, set up a consistent study time, so completing your homework will be a habit.

Remember

Not all homework is "written." Reviewing notes, reading, and studying for quizzes and tests are all types of homework. Schedule time for these activities in your homework time, too.
